Dungeon Train rooms, milestones and boss walls in Adventure Time RPG Beta, measured by the official Room 25/50/100 badges and the Return Ticket pass.
Adventure Time RPG Dungeon Train Guide
The Dungeon Train is Adventure Time RPG's endless mode, and the game measures it in rooms: 25, 50 and 100. Those three numbers are not marketing copy — they are badge thresholds, and the Beta publishes exactly how many players have reached each one. That makes the Dungeon Train the only part of this game where you can see the difficulty curve from the outside.
As of October 26, 2026:
| Milestone | Badge | Players who reached it | Share of the previous milestone |
|---|---|---|---|
| Room 25 | Deep Delver | 19,977 | — |
| Room 50 | Train Conductor | 8,907 | 44.6% |
| Room 100 | End of the Line | 3,044 | 34.2% |
Put differently: 15.2% of everyone who clears Room 25 goes on to clear Room 100. The mode is not a wall at the entrance — nearly twenty thousand accounts pushed past the first twenty-five rooms. It is a slow attrition that never fully stops.

What the Dungeon Train Is
Confirmed by the game itself:
- It is a distinct mode inside Adventure Time RPG, named in the official feature list alongside quests, bosses, weapons and the Tree House.
- It is measured in rooms, with milestone badges at 25, 50 and 100.
- It has its own revive economy: the Return Ticket game pass grants "a free revive each Dungeon Train run" — the only run support the developers have documented in writing.
Community-reported, not confirmed:
- Runs are a sequence of train cars, each cleared of mobs before the next door opens.
- Between rooms you open a chest and pick a temporary boon (a "Cosmic Blessing") such as a shorter cooldown or extra healing.
- A mini-boss appears within the first ten rooms.
- Deeper rooms spawn named threats such as King Worm and Demon Cat.
- First-time milestones pay Coins and Gems, and Room 25 reportedly awards the Tree Trunks buddy.
- Jake hands out Dungeon Train quests with steps at Rooms 5 and 10.
Those are plausible and consistent with the badge structure, but they come from community guides rather than from Oh My Glob Games. Nothing on this page treats them as fact.
Where Runs Actually Die
The interesting number is not the 15% survival rate — it is where the drop happens.
- Room 25 → 50 costs 55% of players. Half of everyone who gets past the first milestone stops inside the next twenty-five rooms. This is the wall worth preparing for.
- Room 50 → 100 costs 66% of the survivors. The deepest stretch is proportionally the deadliest, which fits a design where boon stacking stops keeping pace with enemy scaling.
- Room 100 is not the end. 3,044 accounts have the badge, and community reports say difficulty keeps climbing after it. The badge is a checkpoint, not a clear.
If you are planning a push, plan it around the 25→50 gap. That is where the Beta's population halves.
The Return Ticket Pass and What It Is Worth
Six game passes exist; only one touches the Dungeon Train:
| Pass | Stated effect | For sale (Oct 26) |
|---|---|---|
| Return Ticket | A free revive each Dungeon Train run | Yes |
| Hero Training | +25% XP for all characters, permanent | Yes |
| Royal Treasury | Extra Coins every day | Yes |
| BMO's Extra Life | One extra life in solo adventures | Yes |
| Starter Pack | Gems, coins and starter gear | No |
| VIP | Chat tag, emotes, VIP forum lounge | No |
No prices are published through the public API, so this page will not quote any. What matters strategically is the shape: Return Ticket converts a run-ending mistake into a retry every run, and Revive is exactly the resource that separates a Room 40 run from a Room 60 run. If you buy one thing for the Dungeon Train, it is that.
Hero Training's +25% XP is the second-order pick. Deeper rooms give more XP per minute, so an XP multiplier compounds with depth — but only if you can survive the depth, which loops back to the revive.
A First-Clear Plan
- Clear your weapon's first upgrade before you queue. 64,268 accounts have upgraded a weapon once; the first upgrade is the cheapest damage you will ever buy.
- Upgrade one buddy, not three. The buddy system rewards depth — 50,450 accounts upgraded a buddy, only 4,999 own three.
- Stop at Room 25 deliberately on your first run. Bank the badge, bank the milestone reward, and learn the boon pool without gambling a deep run on unknown blessings.
- Second run, push to 50 with the boon knowledge. Half of all Room-25 players stop before 50, which means the run from 25 to 50 is where a plan beats brute force.
- Only attempt 100 after you can consistently reach 50 without burning a revive. The 3,044 accounts that hold End of the Line are the ones who solved the 50→100 stretch, not the ones who got lucky at 25.
Boons and Build Choices
Boons are temporary within a run; weapons, buddies and pass effects are permanent. The community consensus is that defensive boons outperform damage boons in the late rooms — a claim consistent with the October 22 note that healing boon values were increased. Until the developers publish the pool, treat any specific boon ranking as one player's sample.
What is safe to say: a run dies to attrition, not to a single burst. Every boon that restores health or shortens a defensive cooldown buys another room, and rooms are the only currency this mode pays in.
FAQ
How many rooms does the Dungeon Train have? At least 100 — the End of the Line badge is awarded at Room 100, and 3,044 players hold it. Whether the mode continues past 100 is unconfirmed.
What do you get for reaching Room 25, 50 and 100? Badges are confirmed. Milestone rewards (Coins, Gems, and reportedly the Tree Trunks buddy at 25) are community-reported and not documented by the developers.
Does the Dungeon Train need a squad? No. It can be run solo, and the mode's own badges do not reference group size. Grouping helps because revives are shared, but 78,238 players cleared runs without going down at all.
Is the Return Ticket pass worth it? It is the only documented Dungeon Train support item: one free revive every run. No price is published, so weigh it against how often you lose a run to a single mistake.
Is Room 100 the end of the mode? Community reports say difficulty continues past 100. The developers have only confirmed the badge, not a cap.
